Stuart has been involved in boxing for over 20 years. An AIBA 3* World Class Coach, he has held positions as the UK Armed Forces Head Coach, England and Antiguan International Coach and Performance Director for the Cayman Islands. He is also UKCC Level 4 Coach Educator and Coach Assessor with the expertise and qualifications to lead and assess to the advanced level 4 coaching qualifications.
Stuart is also a former Royal Navy and Combined Service Heavyweight Champion, ranked within the top ten heavyweights in Great Britain. Professionally he served 22 years in the Royal Navy as a Physical Training Instructor and is now the head coach of Poseidon Amateur Boxing Club, a not-for-profit charity. He also holds a professional coaching license from the British Boxing Board of Control.
His experience as a boxer, a coach and a physical training instructor allow him to design and deliver engaging, fun and outcome oriented boxing sessions using innovative virtual reality technology.

As a former international boxer, Lucy achieved notable success in a relatively short boxing career. Crowned National Champion on five occasions, she captained the inaugural Great Britain Women's Boxing Team. Lucy was the first ever female European Union Gold medalist, she is a world qualifying tournament silver medalist, and has been ranked within the top five in the world at three different weight categories. Initially she had sights set on Olympic participation in London 2012, but due to ill health was forced to retire from the sport. However during the London 2012 Olympics and 2014 Commonwealth Games as she was appointed as a co-commentator and boxing analyst by the BBC for the women’s Olympic boxing events.
Having retired as a competitor, Lucy is a qualified boxing coach with a keen interest in sport psychology. Studying for a Masters degree is Sport and Exercise Psychology, she uses her academic knowledge alongside her competitive experience to shape Virtually Boxing and offer evidence-based programmes that meet the needs of participants.
